St. Thomas Aquinas College recently appointed Kaitlyn Healy to the position of Admissions Counselor, announced Samantha Bazile, director of Admissions.
Healy (Fairlawn, NJ) graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications, with minors in management and economics from the State University of New York at Cortland. In her new role, Healy will be responsible for recruiting undergraduate students, reviewing applications from her territory and working with accepted students and their families on the admissions and financial aid processes. She will also assist in the coordination of various campus events hosted by the Admissions Team.
“Kaitlyn has assumed a strong supporting role for prospective STAC students in her new position as Admissions Counselor,” Bazile said. “She will represent the College throughout various parts of Long Island, Queens and Staten Island and assist in driving initiatives to recruit and enroll students. We’re happy to have Kaitlyn as a key member of our Admissions Team,” Bazile added.
During her time as a student, Healy was a member of the Dean’s List, held internships in higher education, promotions and publishing and worked as a peer tutor and peer tutor supervisor. Her internship experience and leadership positions make her a strong representative for the institution.
