MVCC Express Enrollment Days offer all-in-one-day process to register for Fall
Mohawk Valley Community College will host Express Enrollment Days to provide students the opportunity to — in one visit to campus — take care of all of the steps to enroll for the Fall semester, which begins Wednesday, Sept. 6.
Express Enrollment Days will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Payne Hall at MVCC’s Utica Campus on Tuesdays, July 25, and Aug. 1 and 8. Students arriving after 2 p.m. will be seen, but may not be able to complete the enrollment process that same day. These students will be provided with a “Steps to Enroll” guide with information on what they need to do next.
At Express Enrollment Days, students will have the opportunity to apply for admission to MVCC if they haven’t already done so, learn of their acceptance on the spot, take a placement test, meet with an academic advisor, register for classes, and explore and secure payment options, including getting assistance with the FAFSA and learning about payment plans.
To help ensure a smooth enrollment process, please bring a government-issued photo ID, 2015 tax information (if you will file a FAFSA), and your Social Security number (if applicable).
If you will be applying to MVCC on the day of this event, please bring proof of high school graduation or equivalency (official sealed transcript preferred). If you are a transfer student seeking transfer credit, please submit official transcripts to MVCC prior to the day you plan to attend, or provide proof upon your visit. Transcripts must remain sealed to be considered official.
Preregistration is strongly encouraged to help expedite the enrollment steps. Walk-ins are welcome, but may not be able to complete the entire enrollment process in one visit.
