New America, a leading non-partisan, diverse think tank dedicated to developing solutions to some of today’s most pressing challenges, recently announced the creation of the Community College Workforce Transformation & Implementation Cohort. The initiative aims to support community colleges that have demonstrated exceptional dedication to workforce development and are leading the way in implementing transformational strategies. The cohort’s first focus area is about building the capacity of colleges to meet the current economic demand in their communities while also contributing to the economic development and emerging jobs in their regions.
RCC’s inclusion in this distinguished cohort underscores the College’s unwavering dedication to providing students with cutting-edge education and training opportunities that align with the demands of the modern job market.
