The Financial Aid Offices of Berkshire Community College (BCC), Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA), and Williams College are pleased to announce the upcoming schedule of Berkshire County high school financial aid presentations.
Parents and students who are unable to attend their own high school program are encouraged to attend another presentation in a neighboring community on an alternate date.
Program highlights will include: a discussion of financial aid concepts, the application and delivery process, an update of federal, state and college financial aid programs, and an in-depth review of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and PROFILE application forms.
Programs will be presented by local financial aid professionals from the colleges noted below. All programs are designed to last a minimum of 90 minutes and begin promptly at the times listed. Ample time will be available at each session for questions.
Financial aid nights are scheduled as follows:
- Tue., Oct. 2 at Hoosac Valley High School in Cheshire, 6:30 pm, presented by Betsy Hobson, of Williams College.
- Thu., Oct. 4 at Taconic High School in Pittsfield, 6:30 pm, presented by Anne Moore of Berkshire Community College and Michael Goodwin of Williams College.
- Thu., Oct. 4 at Lee/Lenox High Schools at Lenox, 5:30 pm, presented by Karrie Trautman of Berkshire Community College.
- Tue., Oct. 9 at Miss Hall’s School in Pittsfield, 6:00 pm, presented by Courtney Hatch Blauvelt of Miss Hall’s.
- Tue., Oct. 23 at Pittsfield High School in Pittsfield, 6:30 pm, presented by Karrie Trautman of Berkshire Community College.
- Tue., Oct. 23 at McCann Technical High School in North Adams, 6:00 pm, presented by Carrie Alibozek of MCLA.
- Tue., Oct. 23 at Mt Greylock Regional High School in Williamstown, 6:30 pm, presented by Betsy Hobson of Williams College.
