Stevenson, of Richmond, Mass., was charged with offering her professional opinions regarding the marketing of automotive insurance, particularly among younger drivers, fielding such questions as “how does the perceived value of larger companies impact the smaller, yet potentially just as competitive, ones?”

“Retention is key,” answers Stevenson. “If the service provided once a new customer signs on is not up to their standards, many consumers will pivot — almost automatically — to doing business with a smaller company.”

Stevenson has served as Director of Marketing and Communications at C-GCC since 2017, having previously served as Director of Communications for the former Winstanley Partners in Lenox, Mass. She’s also a former automotive blogger for Toyota Motor Corporation.
